Exchanges / Returns

At Pro Soccer we understand that Size Matters. Order with confidence on www.prosoccer.co.za with our FREE exchange policy. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it for you. We have loaded sizecharts for all items on the ProSoccer website. Please use the sizecharts when placing orders.

If the size of the item you ordered is out of stock, please allow an additional 6-12 working days for us to received your item from our supplier. You will be notified by a ProSoccer representative should this happen.

If the item you ordered does not fit, we will offer you a free exchange for the correct size. The procedures below must be followed within 72 hours of receiving the parcel for the Free exchange to be valid.

1. Immediately notify us by calling (021)8518369 or make use of our online support chat. We need to be notified of the exchange within

2. Do NOT wear the item and do NOT remove the original tags from it. If the item not returned in its original packaging with all tags intact, then the free exchange will not apply.

3. Fill in the online Return Request Form carefully and wait for your authorization code.

4. Place a note in your return with your order number, reason for return and the correct size for the exchange.

5. Post the item back to us using the address below. The postage from you to us will be at your own cost.

6. Please allow 7-15 days for the exchange to be done. If the size you have requested is out of stock, please allow an additional 6-12 working days for the correct size to be ordered from our suppliers.

7. Pro Soccer will then Post the exchanged item back to you for Free using the SAPO standard Counter to Counter mail. You will be notified via sms or email with your new tracking number.

8. If you could please let us know when you have received the exchanged item on your side, we would really appreciate it.

*NOTE: Exchanges are Free for the first exchange. If the size is still incorrect, we will gladly assist with a second exchange, but all postage costs will have to be at your own expense.

**NOTE: We cannot exchange an item that has been personalized (eg: if you had a name and number printed on it etc...)

***NOTE: All boot sizes are listed as UK sizes. Please use our sizecharts to get the correct size.

***NOTE: Free exchanges do not apply to International Orders outside of South Africa.

***NOTE: Free exchanges do not apply to Special orders that are not available in South Africa and need to be imported for our customers.
