We have loaded size charts for all items on the ProSoccer website. Please use the size charts when placing orders.
If the size of the item you ordered is out of stock, please allow an additional 6-12 working days for us to order your item from our supplier. You will be notified by a ProSoccer representative should this happen.
If the item you ordered does not fit, we will offer you a an exchange for the correct size. The procedures below must be followed within 72 hours of receiving the parcel for the exchange to be valid. You will need to return the item back to us at your own cost and the item will have to be in the same brand new, unused condition with its original packaging and tags in tact.
NB: There are no returns on sale items or items that are marked down.
If your item has been personalized (eg: if you had a name and number printed on it etc...), and the printing is either coming off or fading within the first 30 days you can send it back to us at your own cost so that we can investigate the reason as this should not happen. If the fault is from our side then we will do a reprint on the same item and send it back to you at no cost. However, if the fault is from your side, be it incorrect washing or not following the correct care instructions then you will have the option for us to reprint over the same item but at your own cost. You will also need to arrange your own collection once the item has been reprinted. NB: For us to investigate any issues that may occur, customers will need to get the item to us within 30 days.

2. Do NOT wear the item and do NOT remove the original tags from it. If the item not returned in its original packaging with all tags intact, then the free exchange will not apply.
3. You can contact our support by email our phone for approval first.
4. Once approved, place a note in your return with your order number, reason for return and the correct size for the exchange.
5. You will need to return the item back to us at your own cost.
6. Please allow 12-25 days for the exchange to be done. If the size you have requested is out of stock, please allow an additional 6-12 working days for the correct size to be ordered from our suppliers.
7. Pro Soccer will then send the exchanged item back to you. You will be notified via sms or email with your new tracking number.
8. If you could please let us know when you have received the exchanged item on your side, we would really appreciate it.
*NOTE: Exchanges are Free for the first exchange. If the size is still incorrect, we will gladly assist with a second exchange, but all postage costs will have to be at your own expense.
**NOTE: We cannot exchange an item that has been personalized (eg: if you had a name and number printed on it etc...)
